Welcome to paradise! Casa Palapa is a brand new Luxury Villa with some of the best views of San Carlos. Enjoy incredible views of the marina, Sea of Cortez, and the mountains by day from the roof top pool with swim-up bar w/ BBQ and refrigerator. At night, relax in the jacuzzi and enjoy the city lights listening to your favorite music on the outdoor speakers.
Casa palapa has 2 master suites. One is palatial with a king size bed, sunken jacuzzi tub, a huge walk-in shower with dual shower heads, walk-in closet, dual sinks, huge mirrored walls, surround sound stereo, LCD TV, black-out curtains, 12' ceilings, ceiling fans, the entry hall has a palapa 22' above. The views from bed are like heaven.
The 2nd bedroom also has 12' ceilings, a king size bed, LCD TV w/stereo, marble bathroom, walk-in mirrored closet, hotel black-out curtains, and equally awesome views.
The kitchen has all brand new GE Profile stainless steel appliances, granite counters, island with breakfast bar, dishwasher, ice-maker, toaster, blender, dishes, plates etc. The adjoining living room has leather couches, LCD TV, fireplace, and surround sound home theater and views, views, views.
The Entire Villa has 7.5 tons of AC/Heat, alarm, intercom, CCTV, Internet, and central vac. Towels, and linens.
